Why isn't my download of Acrobat XI installing?

Downloaded XI as well as three instances of the trial version. None are installing. Windows 8 PC.

    What happens when you try to install? Are you getting an error message?

    For starters, please make sure that you're logged in as an admin, and that no antivirus software is running. Also, please try downloading the installer directly from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X
