Why isnt my adobe acrobat XI Pro activating after receiving serial no and redemption code

I received the serial number and redemption code after purchasing Adobe Acrobat XI Pro but I am unable to activate it. After entering the serial code, I thought I would be provided an option to activate but nothing happened. Help!

    Entering the serial number will activate the product.  Or is it still in trial mode?
