Why was I told my account was cancelled but was still charged?
In January of 2016 I tried my HARDEST to cancel my account and was left with he impression it was cancelled. They mentioned that I would have a month free. I figured this was an attempt to entice me into RESUBSCRIBING BUT I was way wrong apparently. First of all, you have to figure out how in the world to start the cancellation process (Good Luck), then you have to chat with someone who REFUSES to say "okay we will cancel your account, thank you." NOW I am just now realizing I have been charged $42.75 (total) SINCE I "cancelled" my account. I am LIVID and currently in a stupid chat where, not only are they refusing a refund but want to CHARGE me a cancellation fee. They "politely" suggested I continue paying for a service I have not used since late December for the next THREE months. Adobe you guys are NUTS. I hope no one else has this issue. If Adobe does not delete this post I would love to hear other people's responses.
Thank you,
Tom.
P.S. I must say, Adobe is really good at turning people against them by using this process.
