Why won't Acrobat let me create PDF?

Why won't Acrobat let me create PDF, it tries to have me subscribe all over again.

Using the email id you are subscribed in Adobe forums i wasn't able to see any subscription under that email id active.

Please, let me know if there is any other email id using which you have subscribed for Adobe services or applications?
