why won't my pdf convert to word?

It loads the document but then noting happens when I hit the convert button

    Hi Andrew8888,

    Are you converting from within Adobe Reader, or directly through the ExportPDF website? In either case, make sure that you're logged in to the service.

    If you're accessing the service directly via the website, try clearing the browser cache and try again. You can also try using a different web browser.
