Why won't your billing software accept my address?
Like I said. your billing software clearly DID NOT query my bank for the correct address. I have simply COPIED the address that is on my bank statements. Please note, I have tried all the usual subtle variations on my address, but your software refuses to TAKE my money, despite my repeated attempts. Surely, I am not the first person to ask about this. Could you please provide a phone number for someone at Adobe who can take care of this. Again, note, I am really TRYING to GIVE you money here, so maybe someone can help with this!
