will may acrobat pro subscription work on a Mac and PC? I have only been using it on PC and recently purchased a mac desktop.

Hi visual_user481f,

Thank you for reaching out.

We checked your account using the email linked to your community profile. You have an Acrobat perpetual license, not the subscription version. The Acrobat license you purchased is for Windows only and will not work on a Mac.

Let us know if you have any questions or need help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
