There must be a new update, I cannot upload more than one page or Adobe will not let me confirm to add signatures?

@Fred_Durant5958 that's oddly weird!  I am assuming you have gone and check to see if you have latest update to Acrobat, and if you haven't, maybe you should. By any chance, was their a pop-up error message that came up? If so, could you take a screenshot of it? It would give more detail to the issue.

By any chance could the document itself be "locked" if it was previously signed with certain digital signature settings, preventing further modifications or the addition of new signature fields. This can happen if a prior signer chose to lock the document after signing?

A different work-around, try "flattening" the PDF by printing it to a new PDF using the Adobe PDF printer driver, which can resolve underlying document artifacts that might be causing problems?!

Hi Fred_Durant5958,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Please let us know if you use the desktop or the web application to send the document for signature. Also, what happens when you try to add multiple files to send for signature? Do you get any error message? If yes, could you please check if there is any specific file in which the error appears?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the steps you use to send a document for signature. We will get this checked.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
