wiped mac, need to reinstall

I had to wipe my Mac and restore everything but I didn't have my Adobe Export (sign and send) backed up and I can't figure out how to get it back.

Any help would he be appreciated, thanks!

It's not an app and it's not installed on your system; it isn't backed up and can't be restored or downloaded. It's a web service so you just sign in and start using it. If you were using it from Acrobat Reader, make sure Reader is installed, and signed in.
