I WISH TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE REFUND OF ADOBE EXPORT PDF, ANNUAL. No CANCEL PLAN  BUTTON APPEARS.@

No, Tariq, this does not work as the cancel and refund button just does not appear. I seem to have been "caught" as the 14 days grace whittles away!!!
