    Hi Dallash17833411,

    As you have shared the problem above, in order to fix this problem you may try changing some preferences settings of the application and see if that helps.

    Follow the steps suggested in the forum thread- "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.

    Let us know if it doesn't work.
