wont convert, says error logging in. trying to convert pdf to word
I am trying to convert a pdf file to word. when I hit the convert button the wheel spins for a short while and then i get the message that there was an error logging in.

I assume that you were trying to use Export PDF within Adobe Reader.
If so please login to https://cloud.acrobat.com to use the services in a browser.
