Word to PDF conversion issue

Upon converting my docx document into pdf, I ended up with several extraneous little boxes containing a ? mark. They were not present in the docx, nor do I want them in the pdf. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Could you please let us know the exact workflow you do to convert docx document to PDF.

Share the screenshot of the PDF you get after conversion.

Is this issue occurs with this particular PDF? If yes, Can you share that docx file with us to replicate the issue on our end.

Please also let us know the dot version of Application you are using and OS on your system.
