wrong OS purchased?

I have been using a Mac OSX trial version of Acrobat Professional XI and decided to purchase it. I followed links and paid for a full version. My receipt shows a window version. When I try to insert my serial number to register the trial version, it is not accepted.

I can't get any response to my questions.
