yes thank you i recieved some pics of myself from a friend an he sent them as a pdf how do i change them to normal so i can work an move them

thank you this is so user not friendly i just typed it all above for the third dam time now i recieve some pic of myself an my daughter but they are pdf how do i change them som i can put nthem in my pic file thank u oh i have windows 7 thank you

Easiest: ask the sender to send them to you in an image format.

Otherwise you need to convert the PDF to image format; you can do that using the PDF Pack service or Acrobat (both not free).  Or google for free online conversion.
