You took my subscription money yesterday by credit card and I have no service to change PDF file to Word. Whats up??

Hi i am not getting service,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to access your account yet. I just checked your account--your order is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours for an order to process fully. Once it does, you should be able to log in and use ExportPDF.
