$119 cancellation fee???

Just to add a bit more to what @jane-e  said.

This is definitely frustrating just before Christmas and when you have plans to spend the money elsewhere.

Consider reaching out the customer service in you Adobe Creative Cloud plan. Type in talk to a human. More often than not they can assist you. Explain your situation.

The annual plans are deeply discounted, which is why there is a fee for cancelling early. Adobe also has plans at full price that can be cancelled at any time without a fee.
