I am a premium creative cloud customer when I select SOME templates from the gallery there is no option to adapt and cannot be downloaded or edited the only option is “make it your own” but still will not download or be personally edited in any way. This is a recent issue and worked perfectly well prior to the week

I'm having an issue with link previews for my published Adobe Express webpage. The thumbnail preview isn't appearing when I share the link on LinkedIn, although my previously published webpage seems to work fine. Any advice on how to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

Please make the rights of Templates more granular (at the moment it is just editing and comments) inside projects. We are a large news organisation using templates to distribute Social Media posts to be translated, with multiple people creating posts that others can use. The current setup is leading to a big mess as everybody has rights to change everybody elses templates. 

Hi Adobe Team, I am an Airtel broadband user in India and I recently tried to redeem my bundled 12-Month Adobe Express Premium subscription benefit via the Airtel Thanks App.  Unfortunately, during the redirection and account authorization process, the system accidentally mapped the redemption token to an incorrect email address that I do not own or have access to.  The Airtel Thanks app currently shows the benefit as "Active," but my actual Adobe ID is stuck on the free tier. I have already spoken to Airtel Support, and they confirmed they cannot revoke or reset the voucher from their end. Adobe Chat Support just directed me to this forum so a backend community manager can assist with manual synchronization. Could a Community Manager please help me unlink the token from the wrong email address and manually apply the Premium status to my correct Adobe ID? Bonjour,Je me filme avec un fond vert, avec devant moi une table et des objets sur cette table.Quand je supprime l’arrière plan avec Adobe Express, il supprime bien l’arrière plan mais également la table devant moi et parfois les objets qui sont posés sur cette table.Les éléments qui sont détourés il y a toujours un trait vert très fin. Quand je mets un fond quelconque en arrière plan cela ne fait pas très propre.J’ai testé différents éclairage, je me suis filmé proche du fond vert et loin du fond vert (1m80). Le résultat reste même.Est-ce que si je souscris à Adobe Première Pro, je pourrais corriger tous ces défauts? J’ai bien pris en main Adobe Express, est-ce qu’Adobe Première Pro est facile d’utilisation? En sachant que pour le moment je souhaite juste tourner une vidéo sur un fond vert, supprimer uniquement l’arrière plan, mettre un arrière plan animé grâce à Adobe Firefly et faire le montage avec plusieurs plan avec des transitions sympas.En vous remerciant par avance.Vincent

When I go the brands to apply my brand to a design, it doens’t work the way it should. I have 3 different color palettes in the brand, and despite editing the roles on the palettes, the “primary” palette isn’t showing up in the large “Apply Brand” section at the top. When I do apply the brand it’s forcing me to pick, it’ll only apply the colors one way -- it’s not proving mixing and matching the colors at all.If I try to manually go to apply one of the other color palettes, if I’m lucky the same thing happens (it applies one color combination, no matter how many times I try to shuffle thru). Most of the time, I get an error and it forces me to reload the page.  For a large university like ours, trying to encourage employees to use Express, the “Apply Brand” feature is vital. For this to be broken seriously hampers our ability to use this tool effectively.

Hi everyone! I run a small 24/7 leak detection company in Columbia, TN, and I'm designing a one-page service flyer in Adobe Express to leave with customers after a job. The flyer will list our residential and commercial leak detection services, our phone number, and a photo from a recent job. A couple of beginner questions: 1. Is there a template collection you'd recommend for home-service businesses, or is it better to start from a blank flyer and build the layout myself? 2. When I export as PDF, do the phone number and website links stay clickable? I am trying to upload SVG files of my logos to adobe express to be able to quickly change the colors. However, when I use the effects tool to change the color it doesn't truly change the color, just the hue....  sos fix this please

I am currently trying to submit the final assignment for the Data Storytelling micro credential as it is a required grade for one of my courses at my university; however, for some reason the upload has failed every single time and it states the document must be a PDF, under 1 MB, and have a title below 255 characters. I have tried multiple times in different browsers, shortened the name well below even 100 characters, and checked that my file is only 375 KB (it’s a direct PDF from Adobe where I pasted my share link anyway): yet I have still no successful submission. Is there some issue on Adobe’s end or is something else wrong that I may be missing? Thanks,DK

I am trying to generate a QR code that will take customers to a microsite created specifically for a campaign. I have generated QR codes in Adobe Express for other sites before without issue, but I am getting an error message, “This URL is restricted.” The “Learn More” link attached to the error message takes me to Adobe’s General Terms of Use which isn’t helpful at all.Can anyone help me deduce why I’m getting this error message?TIA.

As soon as I enter my email the 3 month trial automatically swaps to 14 days only. Please change that so I can test it thoroughly. Currently I'm using a very similar known product . I need this 3 month to decide if I switch to adobe express

I see that my Stuff files in Adobe expresson mobile and Desktop are saving PSD files in the list of my Stuff.Its causing issues when im trying to go through and see older files. It keeps crashing the app on the mobile iphone 17 Pro. Also on Desktop it also keeps failing to go through my Stuff files, I have a mac book pro, with 1 terrabite and latest mac operating system.  How do i get to see older files in My Stuff without the APP both on my IPHONE and on MY mac book Pro crashing, always have a message popping up asking me to wait.  This has only happened recently, but i have noticed that PSD files are appearing in the MY Stuff lists on my Mobile app.

I'm new to using Adobe Express and I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the size and position of an image. I've imported an image into my project, but it's too large and in the wrong position. Can anyone explain how to resize and reposition an image in Adobe Express? I want to move an element. Eg at 0:05 the text or element is small in the upper left corner and at 0:10 ist big and in the middle. How do I do it?

I use adobe express mobile app to make custom sports cards and many of them need the remove background feature. I cannot get it to work anymore and get the same error over and over. I have tried other networks, deleting and reinstalling the app and many different photos. During this time of year I use this almost daily so need something soon or will have to find another app

I received a cancellation confirmation email saying my plan ends on October 7, 2026. I only want a refund of the amount that was charged, and I want Adobe to stop charging me.

I have all my files organized in folders. I used to see all the folders at the top when I went to My Stuff. As of last week, it only shows the files and I can’t find a way to view the folders. I am able to see the folders when I save a file but I want them back so I can pick a folder as my starting point, then create a file within that folder. Thanks in advance!

I don’t know which asset. Help!

I click on an image to open it, a white box with “Adobe Express” in the top left corner opens, and that’s it. It never shows the image or any other kind of anything. Just a white box. And now the icon has disappeared.What i get when i try to open a photo.Suddenly the icon is not appearing. 

I got the subscription due to my carrera, so I use Adobe express a lot, but It is not working since yesterday and it's pretty slow and it doesn't load the page. It's causing me problems with my Homework, my creations and designs
