Question

How can I use Adobe Express to quickly create professional social media graphics if I have no design experience?

I’m new to graphic design and want to make posts for platforms like Instagram or Facebook. I’m not sure where to start—should I use templates, customize from scratch, or follow certain design rules? I’d also like to know how to choose the right fonts, colors, and layouts so my posts look clean and modern. Any tips, step-by-step guidance, or recommended features inside Adobe Express would be really helpful.

Since you’re just starting out, I would explore templates! It’s super easy to switch things out to customize it to your style. Over time, you’ll find things that you love and develop your design style. For inspo, I’d go to pinterest, save posts on IG, or take pics of designs outside that you really love and try to implement the same style. Hope this helps!

hiii yes I absolutely recommend templates! if you search something like “Instagram” or even something more specific like “Reel” or “Reel cover,” you should get a bunch of templates that you can start with, and then as you discover what you like you can get more specific with your searches!

Hi @brew_coffee

Hi, welcome, and great question.

The easiest way to start is by using templates in Adobe Express. Choose one for your platform, then customize the text, colors, and images. This helps you learn layout without starting from scratch.

  • For clean designs, keep it simple. Use one or two fonts, stick to two or three colors, and maintain good spacing and alignment.
  • You can also try features like Styles for quick color and font combinations, and Resize to adapt designs for different platforms.

Here are some articles that’d help you in using and understanding the app:

Hope this helps!

Best!
