30 Day Trial Popup Blocking Access a Recent Project

Question

Hi All,I was working on a project in the free version of Adobe Express on my computer (HP Ryzen Windows 11) and hit undo which caused the formatting to go janky. It also looked like it was in the middle of saving to the cloud when this happened. Now, I am trying to re-open the project but, I am blocked by the 30 Day Trial pop up. The popup only happens when I try to open this particular project and not the other projects that I have saved. The support chat didn't seem to know any answers. Any suggestions on a fix?

Hi @Erin22389912mb1v, This should not happen however we will look into this for you. Are you using the trial version or the premium? You said this is happening with just one project so would you mind sharing (DM) the project/link or the screenshot of the error with us so that we could check that on our end? We will be looking forward to your response.
