494 Error when trying to log in Adobe Express

Hello, when I try to log in Adobe Express, it tells me the following error message :
"494 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner."
I have tried to do anything... I tried to get help with the support team or log out of my adobe creative cloud to be able to re log in the Adobe Express but it doesn't work! I'm frusturated because I have a project in there that I have to send and I have a due date for next week. Can somebody help?
