ability to block the download of my photos

Hello everyone, one question:I am a photographer, I made my web page with Adobe Creative Cloud Express.I noticed that it is possible to download my photographs simply by pressing the right mouse button.Is there a possibility to block this option to avoid ... or better to limit the theft of images?Thank you
