"This app is actually very good, but often it takes a long time for the page to load. Even when we try to select necessary icons, they take a long time to appear. This issue persists even when the network connection is good. I checked other apps in the meantime, and they are working fine. If a solution can be provided for this problem, I can upgrade the app rating to five stars. Thank you."
