Do you happen to be logging in from Canada? If so, you can troubleshoot this region-specific issue in Canada by switching your DNS address to 8.8.4.4. Read more about how to change the DNS address

Hi @JESSICA0911ZY319160270jd4

Hello! I hope you’re doing well.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Have you tried using a different browser? Clearing the cache and cookies might also help. If you can change your network connection, like connecting to Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot, try reaccessing the service at https://new.express.adobe.com/

See this article for the latest updates on the new Express: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/updates-for-the-new-adobe-express-as-of-aug-24th/td-p/14034850

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
