Add Fuzziness adjustment feature from Photoshop to Remove Background (image and video)

Sometimes, green screen recordings have enough pantone variation due to shadows that the remove background AI feature does not detect a bunch of the background. I recommend pulling in the Fuzziness adjustment feature into Remove Background....from Photoshop. It's intuitive and easier to learn.
