Added a CC Library to an Express Project, but now I can't access in my other Adobe Programs

I accidentally moved my brand library instead of copying it into an Express project (I know, rookie mistake), and now I can't see it in my files or in any of my other Adobe programs. It's a shared library that I created. I can't recreate it because it is in use by over 100 people in my organization already. All other users can still access the library, but I cannot. I can see it and invite others to collaborate if I go through a web browser, but I can't access any of the colors or assets. How do I remove it from the Adobe Express project and get my library back?

I am on a MacBook Pro, version 14.7.
