Adding a SVG file as Logo in Brand will not let you change the color. Why?

If I upload a SVG photo thru upload logos (yellow mark) while a file/page (pink mark) opened, the logo is added but if I will add it in the page area (pink mark), the color cannot be changed and it is not being treated as SVG but when I upload it thru the upload (red mark) button, it is treated as SVG but the file is not saved in the library or in any location where I can reuse it in another file/page. Is this a bug or it simply does not exist yet in Adobe Express. It seems like Adobe Express has a long way to go compared to Canva. Im hoping rapid improvement to this service coz it has a lot of potential to retain customers who are already used with adobe products. BUT if you continue letting them down then they might go away completely.
