Adobe AI photo used to work and no longer able to publish webpage. Help.

Hello, I created a webpage with an AI generated photo. The webpage was published. I had to make edits and republished and now that image is blocking me from publishing. The error is "We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset and try again." Why would the image be okay to use then not okay? I still have the image on my unpublished site, but I want to continue to use it. Thanks for your help!

Hi

@cheerful_enthusiast4024

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Can you share the license number of the image you've generated? Did you make any modifications to the image? Is it possible for you to share the screenshot of the error?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

Hello Tarun,

I hope you are doing well. I attached the images below. I do not know where the licence number is, but if you provide me instructions on how to locate it, I will send that over to you. I made no modifications to the image. My name and the three words under my name are what is overlayed from the webpage part of the layout. I am unable to take a screenshot without the text on top of it. If you would like me to make a copy of the webpage and make you a collaborator, I would gladly do that if you think you will be able to save the image on my ePortfolio that way. This site has been published several times, it just suddenly stopped working. I have included all the screenshots I could think of below. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Have a bright day!

Thanks for your response

,

Thanks for the info. I'd like to inform you that this could be because the licensing for some assets in the file has changed and requires updating. Please open the file's layers, check for any blank layers (including audio tracks if it's a video project), and delete them. Once the blank layers are removed, the error should no longer appear.

Regards,

Tarun
