Adobe CCE keeps telling me my (converted) MP4 files are unsupported

Hi.  I can't seem to upload any video files to my projects.  CCE keeps telling me the files are unsupported.

I have used their own converter to create CCE compatible MP4 files but they are still not uploading.

Is there something I am missing?

Hi David,

 

Sorry for the trouble. Hope we can help you. Can you try clearing cache and then try to log in to a new "Incognito" or "Private" browser window. You may also try using a different browser and see if that makes any difference. If none of the steps work, please follow the given thread. The solutions covered in this thread may help too.
