Adobe Download/Publishing Failure

Issue Description: I am experiencing a persistent "Download failed" error when trying to download or publish assets. This occurs even when using simple projects, such as a single image placed within a Premium Mockup.

Despite having an active Premium Subscription, I am currently unable to download any content.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

  • Storage Management: I have deleted the majority of assets on my account to ensure it is not a storage capacity issue.

  • Browser Maintenance: I have cleared my browser cache and cookies entirely.

  • Session Reset: I have logged out and back into my account multiple times.

  • Testing: The error persists across different files and templates.

     

    System Details:

  • Account Type: Premium

  • Error Message: "Download failed - Sorry, something went wrong. Please try downloading or publishing again
