Adobe Expeess saying files not compatible

Hello, I was working on a project like I always do and accidentally hit some keys and now suddenly Adobe Express says files like PNG are not compatible.  Even when I try to import Adobe's own media it now says not compatible!  I signed out and signed back in, no change.  I have no idea what key(s) I have hit but it has totally screwed up creating a project. 

Any ideas?
