Question

This android mobile application is too slow and the font style and other other behaviour properly in app but the file download the misbehave the file and destroy the content also. So please firstly resolve this problem of slow open app and fast download.

Hey @Chitransh Prajapati, this isn't an experience we want you to have. Please share the device make and model details and the installed OS version. Also, please provide details about the Adobe Express app version. Could you share a screen recording for our reference and investigation of this issue? Have you tried switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference? Sometimes, updating the device and the application to their latest version and then restarting the mobile device resolves such an issue.

Please share your observations and the details so we can work on the issue.
