Question

Adobe Express access denied for students with an student email extension different than school email

Hello, I'm trying to invite a student to Adobe Express and when he enters his email, he is denied. I've looked and he is entering his email correctly when I invite him via the class code or link.  I'm wondering if the issue is that our education email ends in ".com" and our student emails end in ".me"?

Thanks for your help!

Leah

Hi

@Leah_Virsik2310

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please try manually adding students using Google Classroom import, invite by email, or link to see if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

I am having the same issue. I tried inviting by email, sharing the link, and did the import via Google classroom, but students continue to get "email unrecognized" errors, so I don't know what else to do.

I also went into the "add domains" and added it, but the student domain shows up with a clock/waiting icon, rather than a checkmark, which is what shows up next to my domain.
