Adobe Express and licensing

Hi guys, i want to create posters and flyers NOT using stock images or audio. 

I am only using the templates and modifying to my needs. 

For example see below, a random invite template

If i modify this to suit my needs, and i subject to any licencing terms which would prevent me from selling this to a client or creating my own products?

Do standard and extended licencing apply to the below?
