adobe express- animate with audio issues

I have been doing animate with audio with a couple 5th grade classes. They have chose their character, background, and then recorded their voice. Next they go into adobe so they can add some text boxes. It is taking a lot of time for things to load. At first I thought it was the chromebook, so I updated it and power washed it. Then I thought it was the internet but all other things done on the chromebook work fine, without slowness. So now I have come to the conclusion that animate with audio is slow and having issues. It has been frustrating for my and the students I am working with.
