Adobe Express Brands Setup

Hi there,

Getting into Adobe Express and trying to test out creating a brand tool kit for other deparment units to use across our campus. I am seeing in other people's video tutorials this added level of customization where you can define colors/fonts/tagline construction/etc across a variety of template types (i.e. video, pages, etc) but I am not seeing that functionality on my end. I am a premium user but is that an add on or am i looking in the wrong place? Screenshot example attached.
