Adobe express can't download

Hi, I would like to work with Adobe Express as a company manager, but I can't because after inserting images from the media library, the work cannot be downloaded. What is the solution to this?

It's terribly unpleasant.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you still encountering issues? If so could you please try these and see if they help?

- Try downloading from a different device or browser on a computer?

- Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and downloading from there?

- Try downloading a different file and downloading from there

There might be something wrong with the media files because I only notice this issue with premium images. Could you possibly take a look at this?
