Adobe Express - Can't view previous projects and brand does not work

Hi all. 

Is anyone else having issues accessing 'your stuff' and 'brands'?

If I click on either (on any browser, Safari, Chrome or Edge) on the PC / Laptop, it glitches and tells me that I need to refresh. When I do refresh, it stays blank or loads for ever or just tells me I need to refresh again. 

How do I fix this?

This shouldn't be happening. Please confirm if you're getting all the projects and your previous work if you log in to Adobe Express in an incognito/private browsing mode. We'd also like to know if the projects are available on any mobile device that you use. 

Please share these observations with us, so we can help you resolve this.

Good day

On mobile it is all fine.

Incognito does the same.

I can only find my previous work if I search the name of the project, but my stuff does not work.

On mobile I can see them.

Hi @hb_2269. Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details of what you’ve tried so far. Since you’re able to see your projects and brands on mobile but not on desktop, this looks like a sync or cache-related issue. Could you please try the following steps on your PC/laptop:

Clear your browser cache and cookies completely, then sign back in.

Disable any browser extensions (like ad blockers or privacy extensions) temporarily to see if they’re interfering.

Make sure your browser is fully updated to the latest version.
