Adobe Express crashing issue

I have had consistent issues since I got access. This program constantly crashes when I am trying to create ad ideas for clients. I cleared my cache and logged in on 2 separate browsers and it still crashes. Wasted time is not ok. I already submitted feedback to my company about it.

    • Whether the crashes happen with every project or only specific ones.
    • Approximately how large the projects are and whether they contain videos, PDFs, or AI-generated assets.
    • Whether you're connected to a home or workplace network, and if you're using a VPN or have an active firewall.

    If possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow along with any error message you see before the crash.
