Adobe Express download not working.

Adobe Express download is not working.  I'm a premium subscriber.  Already cleared cache from everything, including my browser.  Uninstall,  installed,  logged out,  logged in, and still not downloading.  I was downloading yesterday fine and suddenly,  nothing will download.

Why doesnt the download button work on adobe express app. All it does it minimise my picture but no download prompt when pressed

Im getting sick and tired of Adobe Express moving controls and not giving options to undo the stupid "upgrades" made by Adobe. It kills productivity to have to figure out what fresh hell you foist us upon. You moved the fonts, Still not well designed, and doesn't address the 1 shot attempt at a fix. For the last 2 days. Save, export are broken. Cant even download the art I'm making. So what is the use of a digital editor that won't work? Tops in the industry is no reason for lousy design. That smacks of overconfidence and arrogance.

  • Why not try some customer service that works, stop making unilateral updates that don't work. Stop requiring us to prepare a case study of your products obvious flaws and failing just to get support. I don't flucking work for your company. Don't like the language, fix the app and the service. Simple. Stop breaking stuff and complaints cut down. Magic

I'm having an issue with the download button whenever click on it it's not being up the options with what page and size to download so I am unable to download anything I do at the moment this is not what I expect from a severe I am paying to use each month

Tengo el mismo problema, no puedo descargar las imágenes que hago en adobe express y no se la razón por la que no funciona... No sé si es error de la aplicación o si me equivoqué en algo y se desconfiguró. 😔

Android版を使って作成した画像をダウンロードしようとしたところ、本来表示されるダウンロード画面が出ず、そこから先に進むことができませんでした。

端末の再起動、キャッシュの消去、データの消去、アプリの再インストールを試しましたが、改善されませんでした。

今日中に使う画像だったので、ブラウザ版を使ってダウンロードしました。

バグであれば、早急に修正していただきたいです。

Hi @健太98A7, Thanks for reaching out! Are you still facing the issue? You may want to restart the device once and check if the app is working fine now. Please ensure that it's updated to the latest available version. 

If the issue persists, please share the device make and model, the installed OS version, and the Adobe Express app version. It'll help us reproduce this issue and conduct further investigation.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue? Could you provide more details: does export fail with an error (if so, what is the error message), or just hang? Are you on mobile or desktop? What format are you selecting (png, pdf, mp4)?

The export stalls and the only image is the small icon of the video. There're no message.  I'm using my Android tablet.  Format is JPG. I been making the videos and downloading them with no problem till yesterday.  I did force stop, cleared cache,  cleared data, uninstall,  install,  turned my tablet off, turn on. Tried contacting Adobe via telephone.  Person couldn't speak fluently English and couldn't help.

Mobile app is hanging the last couple of days. Some functions are not working. I can not download any projects
