adobe express - download pdf with editable text

Hi together,

I'm used to work a lot with InDesign, here I have the chnace to create interactive text boxes which are editable in a pdf and others are able to fill in their text in a fixed format with fixed fonts and font style. Can I do something similiar in Adobe Express? Is it possible to create a one pager for example with text boxes which users can fill out in a pdf?
