Adobe Express downloading project issues

Hi guys - when i try to save my project from Adobe Express, it misses content, For example when I saved my project as a PDF - it only downloaded half of page. So I tried again and the next time it left content completely off of another page. First time it only loaded half of an image - second time on another page it didn't download the typography. Suggestions / help? Thanks 🙂

    I'm having the same issue too, for the last year. Project downloads black, project downloads without photo I uploaded. Whether I change the format of the download from png to jpg, doesn't make a difference. It's as though that project is permanently corrupted and I have to start all over again. Sometimes it even downloads patchy, where half the image is there and the rest was erased in random areas. Why???

      This site is starting to become useless.

      But yet they're taking out features, and want up to pay $10 a month?

        I told them about this problem almost 1 year ago.

        Nothing have been fixed. I don't think that they even care. 

        With this and other problems. Is why I will never pay of this.

          Hi @willmasterpsoneday, Let us quickly check this for you. We will require a screenshot or a short recording that will better know more about the issue. Though in the meanwhile let's perform a few troubleshooting steps and see if that makes any difference. Try shifting the text position to check if that works. Is it only happening with the PDF export, or does the text get cut off in JPG/PNG? 

           

          Please revert with the details. Awaiting response.
