Adobe Express Error - Project doesn't show up

I have an Adobe Express error / issue. When I go to my projects, I can see the cover page of the project. However, when I click on the project, I don't see the project or it is black. When I try to view all the pages, they show up black. Is there a way to resolve this error / issue? Thanks!

Please do not worry. We are here to help. Which browser are you using? Try clearing the browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try a different device as well. Try checking these things and report back with the screenshot. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem. Kindly write us back with the required information.

I'm trying not to. Thanks. I'm using Safari. I've cleared my Safari browser and I tried a Private Safari window too, but it didn't resolve my problem. I don't have Chrome on my MacBook. All my projects come up on my iPhone Adobe Express app except one page on one of my projects; of course, it's one of the ones I need right now. I've attached a screenshot of how one of my projects look when it's with my other projects (Home, Projects); desktop. Right now, only one project looks black on the desktop (Home, Projects), the rest have a cover image like the attached file; AE Image 1. After I click on any of my projects, it looks like it tries to bring it up, you can see the cover image for four seconds and then it reverts to the black / blank image, depending on the project; AE Image 2. When I try to view all the pages on any of the projects, I only recieve black images; AE Image 3. I'd appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you.
