Adobe Express Generate Presentation

Question

Hello community, I´ve been using adobe express for a while now. Recently I’ve been wanting to use the “Generate presentation” under the generate with AI function but after uploading the file (weight 131KB) and selecting the template it just says “Generating” and it doesn´t generate anything it just stays there. I do have credits to generate AI content. Has anyone ever experienced this and has a solution for it?

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the file format you are trying to upload? Have you recently made any changes to the browser you are using? For example, installing any third-party plugins/Extensions?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
