Adobe Express: How to create objects that change at the same time

Hello,

I'm trying to use Adobe Express to edit an eBook. I'm wondering if there's a way on Adobe Express to create an object (a shape, textbox, etc.), and just update one object so that all instances are auto-modified to reflect the change (i.e. automatically changed across all pages) (like how Illustrator works)?
