Adobe Express iPad App won’t paste. If I copy text from anywhere on my iPad I cannot paste into what I am working on in AE.

If I copy text from Notes, Safari, Email, Messages, or anywhere else I cannot paste into whatever I am building in Adobe Express. It’s been going on for several months now. All is up to date.

It looks like this issue may have fallen through the cracks. If you’re still experiencing it, could you share your Adobe Express app version, iPad model, and iPadOS version?

Also, let us know if you’re using a VPN or active firewall. If so, try temporarily disabling it and testing again. You can also try a different internet connection and share whether that makes any difference.

One other thing to check: are you able to copy and paste text from one Adobe Express page to another?

This will help us narrow down whether the issue is with pasting external content or the paste function itself.

I’m on an iPad Pro 3rd gen, 11 inch. Running iPad OS 26.6.2. I have Adobe Express 31.1.0. No firewall and since I sent this message we upgraded our internet service provider all new modem, ip address, etc. Still an issue. It is not an issue on my MacBook. No VPN or firewall. 
 

Copy and paste is not allowed as an option in Adobe Express at all in the iPad app. When I try to select text it often won’t even allow me to highlight the text, and the menu for copy and paste never appears.
