Adobe Express is not visible after clicking "edit in".

I've installed Adobe Express via my browser throught the step-by-step process made by Adobe, but I cannot open the Adobe Express context menu in Adobe InDesign, it is not visible after I click on “edit” and “edit in”. Thanks for the reply. I have the latest updates and I've tried turning my macbook on and off (of course).

Hi @Martin+Kábrt, thanks for your patience, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You've already tried the classic turn-it-off-and-on-again fix, so let's dig a bit deeper.

A few things that would help narrow this down:

    • Which version of InDesign are you running, and is it fully up to date (not just macOS)?
    • Can you check under Window > Extensions (or Plugins) in InDesign to see if Adobe Express shows up as installed there?
    • Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you see (or don't see) after clicking "Edit in"?
