Adobe Express issues

The past couple of days I'm having trouble with Adobe Express projects. I can't download an MP4 of a social post with annimation that I created. I also can't post that same file to the calendar. 

 

I've tried 2 different computers and multiple browsers.

I tried sharing the project with another user and it didn't work for them
I've tried other projects and they don't work either. 

I don't get error messages, it never starts the download for the mp4, and for the edit post, it just sits on processing for hours.

    These issues should've been resolved now with the latest launch of Adobe Express.
