Adobe Express Issues: Please help!

Question

My students and I started using the free version of Adobe Express in my classroom for the students to create their own personalized website with their work and reflections. This week our school purchased the CC License.  When the students downloaded CC and went to go back to edit their Express websites they disappeared.  The Express free version, and CC version were both used with the same email.  Is there anybody who can offer advice, as my students have spent a long time creating these websites, and now they have disappeard.  Warm regards, P

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. This should not happen. We need to check a few things here. Please check if their school accounts are federated and if their previous account would be a Personal Adobe ID. If that is the case, they can share the projects from their Account to their Federated account. Then duplicate the project in the new school account. Here is the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html, where you can check to transfer assets across accounts or profiles. Please check if that helps.
