Adobe Express Lags

Question

I have asked my IT Dept to look at my computer and connection issues but still can't find why adobe express is the only program I have problems using, cursor lags, everything takes forever to download, can't drag or edit, it's in a constant state of loading and makes it near impossible to use this application.  When we first started using the program there were no issues, I'm ready to give up and return to Canva.

Have you tried different browsers? May be a silly question, but could be an incompatibility or a caching issue with a particular browser. I sometimes have images only half display when i load them into a social media post, others have encountered this, but they post fine.
